Build the obvious choice with us

We’re building the place crypto-curious players reach for when they want a straight answer on where to play next. Not actively hiring right now — but spontaneous applications from driven people who want to help shape that are always welcome.

What we are building

CryptoGamblingHub is being built to be the obvious place where crypto-curious players go to compare casinos, sportsbooks, poker rooms and games — and walk away with a clear next step rather than another tab open. Everything we publish exists to make a single user decision easier: where to play next, with which crypto, on which game.

The team is small and operates out of Malta, with the legal entity (CryptoGamblingHub Malta Ltd) registered at Ċensu Tabone St, St Julian's. The site went live publicly in May 2026. We're early enough that the people who join now will shape what the brand becomes.

The user comes first, full stop

Every page on the site is judged by one question — does this help the reader make a better decision than they could have made without it. If the answer is no, we don't ship it. That filter applies to reviews, to listicles, to comparison tables, to bonus pages, to the smallest UI affordance.

We don't optimise for engagement metrics that compete with reader interest. We don't run dark patterns. We don't bury caveats in small grey text. When an operator has trade-offs, we say what they are; when a bonus has terms that matter, we put them in front of the offer rather than behind it.

If you can't see the user benefit in something we'd ship, you're empowered to push back. Being right matters more than seniority.

How we work

Quality compounds, volume doesn't. We'd rather ship one comparison page that becomes the canonical answer for its question than ten pages that make readers click around looking for the part that actually matters.

We write in our own voice. Direct, specific, with opinions. No filler that reads like it was generated by the operator's affiliate team. No AI output published without careful human editing for accuracy and tone.

Async-first by default. We're remote-friendly across European timezones with the legal anchor in Malta. Most work is text-first (editorial, copy, code, design files), and meetings exist to unblock things rather than to schedule the next meeting.

What we look for

Editorial and content — writers who understand both crypto and gambling at depth and can turn that into copy that helps the reader, not copy that performs depth. If you can read a bonus T&C and tell us in one sentence why it does or doesn't actually deliver, we want to talk.

Growth and audience — people who think about reader intent first. We win on being genuinely useful when someone is looking for the best crypto casino or trying to figure out how to deposit BTC on Stake. The job is to make sure the people asking those questions can find us, and that what they find earns the click.

Product and engineering — full-stack TypeScript / Next.js / Tailwind, with strong instincts for editorial tooling, comparison UX, and making complex data feel obvious. The site is built around content as data; if you've shipped affiliate-grade infrastructure or comparison products before, even better.

Design and brand — visual identity, comparison layouts, motion, infographics, and the small touches that make the difference between a page someone scans and a page someone bookmarks. Strong opinions on typography, restraint, and when to let the content breathe.

Open positions

None right now. We're not running active recruitment as of May 2026 — the team is small by design and we hire when there's a specific gap to fill rather than to pad headcount.

That said, spontaneous applications are always welcome. If you're driven, you've used the site and think you'd add something we're missing, send a note. We keep a list of people we'd want to talk to first when a role opens up.

How to apply spontaneously

Email careers@cryptogamblinghub.org with: a short note on which area (editorial, growth, engineering, design, or something we haven't thought of yet), a couple of links to work you've shipped that you'd want us to read or look at, and a sentence on why this site specifically rather than the generic affiliate market. CV optional, work samples not.

We read every application. We don't always respond on the same week, but we keep applications on file for at least twelve months. If a role opens up that fits your profile, we reach out from this list before going to public recruitment.

What we will not do

Run unpaid trials disguised as test tasks. If we ask you to write or build something specific to evaluate fit, it's bounded, paid at a fair rate, and the work is yours to keep regardless of the outcome.

Ghost candidates we've taken to interview. If we don't move forward, we say so — and we say why if you ask.

Hire for headcount or runway optics. Every role on the team has a specific scope tied to making the site more useful. If we don't have that scope, we don't post the role.

Send a spontaneous application

Editorial, growth, engineering, design, or something else we haven’t thought of — tell us where you’d fit, link the work you’re proudest of, and a sentence on why this site rather than the generic affiliate market.
