Terms of use

The rules covering use of this site. Age requirement, editorial independence, affiliate disclosure, liability limits.

1. Who this site is for

CryptoGamblingHub is an independent editorial site covering crypto gambling operators. The content is informational. It is not an offer to gamble, is not a gambling operator, does not take deposits, and does not settle bets.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. In some jurisdictions the legal gambling age is higher — 19 in parts of Canada, 20 in Japan, 21 in several US states. Verify your own jurisdiction and comply with it. We do not verify your age; we rely on you to self-attest by accessing the site.

2. Editorial independence

Editorial rankings and reviews are independent of advertising. We accept affiliate commissions from operators linked from our content but no operator has editorial control over their ranking, review score, or coverage content. This is documented in our About page.

If you believe specific content on the site has been influenced by advertising in a way that breaks this commitment, we want to hear. Our editorial email is in the Contact page.

3. Affiliate disclosure

Outbound operator links on this site are affiliate links. We receive a commission when you sign up at a ranked operator through our links. This commercial relationship funds the site. It does not change rankings.

The disclosure is present on every page that carries such links, not only in this Terms document, because we think the disclosure matters most where the commercial relationship is operational — not buried in legal copy.

4. Accuracy and limits

We make reasonable effort to keep content accurate. Crypto gambling operators change terms, licences, promotional structures, and geographic availability frequently. A review or ranking that was accurate at publication may not be accurate when you read it. The 'last updated' date on every content page is the best signal of how fresh the information is.

Information on the site is not legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice. For jurisdictional legal questions consult a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction. For tax questions on crypto gambling winnings consult a CPA familiar with both crypto and gambling taxation in your jurisdiction.

5. Your use of the site

You may read, share, and link to our content. You may quote up to 150 words with attribution for editorial and journalistic purposes. You may not scrape the site at scale for commercial purposes without written permission.

You may not use the site to harm or harass any operator, editor, or reader. Content that meets those thresholds will be removed and the source may be blocked.

6. Liability

We do not warrant the outcome of your gambling activity. Decisions to deposit, play, or withdraw from any operator reviewed on this site are your own. You assume the risk of those decisions, including the risk that an operator's behaviour changes after our review was published, that an operator closes your account, or that a jurisdiction changes its regulatory position.

We are not responsible for: losses incurred at operators reviewed on this site, actions taken by operators (including KYC requests, account suspensions, or fund forfeitures), changes to local law in your jurisdiction, or outcomes of gambling disputes that proceed via AskGamblers or other third-party channels.

Our liability, where not excluded by applicable law, is limited to the amount you have paid us for use of the site — which is zero, as access is free.

7. Intellectual property

Editorial content on this site is copyright to CryptoGamblingHub unless otherwise noted. Operator logos, screenshots and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used under fair-use principles for editorial commentary.

If you are a rights-holder and believe content on this site infringes your rights, contact our editorial address with a specific take-down request. We will review and remove if appropriate.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union jurisdiction where the site is registered. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct correspondence are subject to that jurisdiction's courts.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights under your local law where those rights cannot legally be waived.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the 'last updated' date at the top of this page and, where substantive, called out in the site footer for a reasonable period.

Continued use of the site after a material update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
